Comparison of a special kind

When a woman gets the chance to drive a 2020 model, a few impressive things stick in her mind. Comparing a 2020 BMW X3 plug-in hybrid with a 1962 Fiat 500 D is certainly disproportionate, but since thousands of TV viewers in the automotive world sit glued to their screens as a go-kart races against a Porsche GT3, I can do that too. – by Angie Schlegel –

Past

In 1965, at the age of 19, I became the proud owner of a white, used Fiat 500 D, a tried-and-tested and common everyday car for families and singles without much wealth. I knew that a car with multiple previous owners would have its quirks and flaws, but I wasn't sure what I was really getting into. – by Gabriel Vondrovsky –

THE 6TH WARM-UP MOTORWORLD MUNICH

The former railway repair shop in Munich-Freimann is to become a meeting place for the automotive world. Rentable glass boxes, workshops, shops, and a hotel will transform the halls into a superlative classic car experience. In 2017, we, the Fiat 500 IG Munich, attended the third Warm Up. A lot has happened since then; the opening date had to be postponed several times because the listed halls apparently pose structural challenges. The opening is scheduled for 2020. Article coming soon.

Murnau 2019

As every year, our first Fiat 500 IG Munich outing will take us to Murnau on Palm Sunday, assuming it doesn't snow. Lothar from REFUGIO was delighted to see so many of us. We were allowed to park in front of his shop. There's always a lot going on in Murnau on Palm Sunday. Numerous stalls and open shops invite you to shop, and there are plenty of delicious treats to be found at the numerous stalls.
